The building has been delivered since July 2025. Aristide, in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, is now occupied — construction completed, residents moved in, condominium life under way.
For ADNOVA, delivering a building is not the end of a construction site but the beginning of a building’s life. It is the moment to share what there is no time to share during the design and marketing phases.
A lobby, not just an entryway
The lobby of a residential building is the space residents walk through every day, several times. The usual reflex — mailboxes, mirror, green plant — turns it into a purely functional place. We made a different choice on Aristide.
The lobby hosts a permanent artwork, integrated with the architecture. A series designed to dialogue with the building’s light and with the daily routine of its residents.
This choice has a cost. It also has a reason: a building is not an envelope to rent out, it is a shared living space. And the first space residents pass through deserves more than mere signage.

Two acquisition modes
Aristide is marketed in two formats, depending on your project profile:
- Direct purchase — full ownership, to live in or to rent out freely.
- LLI bare-ownership scheme — for patrimonial buyers with a 15-year horizon: they buy the bare-ownership, ADNOVA keeps the usufruct on its own funds and runs the rental management for the entire period. At term, the bare-owner recovers full ownership.
